Villa Rufolo opens to visitors: free guided tours every first Saturday of the month

A new opportunity to experience one of the most iconic landmarks of the Amalfi Coast in a deeper and more engaging way. In Ravello, Villa Rufolo now offers free guided tours every first Saturday of the month, included in the entrance ticket.
This initiative, starting in May, aims to enhance the visitor experience while promoting the historical and cultural value of one of the most fascinating sites in the region.
A richer visitor experience
The guided tours will be available in both Italian and English and will lead visitors through the most important features of the villa. With the support of expert guides, guests will explore:
- the medieval origins of the complex
- its architectural evolution over the centuries
- the famous terraced gardens overlooking the sea
- its role as a source of inspiration for artists and travelers from around the world
This turns a simple visit into a more meaningful cultural journey.

Tour schedule and booking information
The calendar includes the following opening dates:
- May 3, 2026
- June 2, 2026
- then every first Saturday of the month (until March 2027)
The tours will follow this schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: first tour in Italian
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: tour in English
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: second tour in Italian
Note: reservations will be handled on-site by the ticket office staff starting 30 minutes before each tour. Bookings will close once the maximum capacity of 30 people per group is reached.
