Application for Marriage Publication, Go to the Town Hall of Residence at the Civil Status Office, If the Couples Do Not Have the Same Residence, Each Must Go to the Town of Belonging. At the Time of Request Bring With You:

1. Identification Document 
2. Birth Certificate
3. Concomitant Certificate, Issued by the Registry Office of the Town of Residence (Certificate Attesting That There Are No Impediments to Marriage.)
4. Stamp Duty of € 16.00

Once the Certificate of Publication and the Nulla Osta to Marriage Have Been Issued, It Must Be Celebrated Within 180 Days (Six Months).
