Agerola Living Nativity 2025: 26–27 December and 2–4 January

The Agerola Living Nativity, held in the charming village of Campora, returns this year on 26 and 27 December 2025 and 2, 3 and 4 January 2026. This event is one of the most atmospheric Christmas traditions in the Amalfi Coast area.
Now in its 37th edition, the Living Nativity transforms the historic center into an authentic village from the past, thanks to more than 300 costumed participants who recreate scenes from the Nativity and ancient local crafts such as blacksmiths, carpenters, cheesemakers, embroiderers and shepherds.
As visitors walk through the narrow streets, every corner reveals a carefully reconstructed glimpse of traditional life, offering a truly immersive journey into history and culture.
The event also features delicious local food tastings, including fried montanare, bruschetta with lardo, pasta and potatoes with Provolone del Monaco, sweet zeppole, freshly made fior di latte and local wine.
The Agerola Living Nativity is perfect for families, tradition lovers and anyone looking to experience an authentic Christmas atmosphere, combining spirituality, culture and the flavours of the Amalfi Coast.
